My Siemens TQ505 device had no issues. After cleaning it, I couldn't reattach the inner chamber. I left it at the Edirne Siemens service center, and they didn't contact me for three days. When I called, they quoted a ₺9,000 repair cost, saying the mainboard needed replacing. It seems many others have experienced the same problem. A company as reputable as Siemens should find a solution. The customer representative offered a ₺1,000 discount, but my device had no issues initially—how could it break down in just three days? I'm not the only one facing this problem; many others are affected too.

The callers are giving a 1000 TL discount, it's a shame. Such a corporate company is victimizing so many people. Buying a Siemens coffee machine is a regret. I will share it everywhere, people don't earn money easily.
