Unable to Complete Two-Step Verification and Access My Account
For about one week, I have been unable to complete the second verification step and sign in to my account. I am trying to continue by using my Google account to sign in, and I have tried both call and SMS verification, but the codes and calls are not allowing me to enter my account. Each time I try to complete the second verification, the process fails and I cannot access my account, even though I have followed all the steps and provided the required information. This situation has been ongoing for a week and is preventing me from using the service normally.
