Sidra Wallet Shows Error and Won’t Transfer My Tokens


I have been unable to transfer my Sidra tokens from my Sidra wallet to another Sidra wallet for about 10 days now. Each time I attempt the transfer, the app returns an “error occurred” message and the transaction fails, without completing the transfer. My Sidra account had previously been connected to my MetaMask wallet, and this issue started around 8:30 p.m. about 10 days ago and has continued since then. I have not been debited for the failed transaction, but I am completely unable to move my tokens to the destination wallet. I kindly request that you review my account and the wallet-to-wallet transfer functionality on my profile, identify the cause of this repeated error, and resolve the problem so I can successfully transfer my Sidra tokens again.
