I Can’t Log In to SindraChain After Face Verification Failed

I have been unable to log in to my SindraChain account through the SindraChain app for about one week. Previously, my account was linked to Google, and I could access it without any issues. After a recent app update, when I tried to claim tokens, I was asked to complete a face verification within an oval frame. I attempted this several times, but the process never completed. I then force-stopped the app and cleared the cache and data.
After doing this, I started receiving a constant “network error, please try later” message whenever I tried to log in. Following a friend’s suggestion, I attempted to log in again using a password instead of Google login, but the login still failed, and the same “network error” message kept appearing.
I also tried to create a support ticket through the app, but even that process failed due to the same network error, so I have not been able to properly contact customer support. I am currently connected via Wi-Fi, and this issue only occurs within the SindraChain app, preventing me from accessing my account and claiming my tokens.
I request that my login issue be investigated and resolved, that my account access be restored, and that I receive a clear explanation of why this network error and face verification problem occurred.

Yes, there is progress, but when I try to claim the token, it shows “Face Landmarker initialization failed, please try again,” and the KYC fails.
