Sidra Chain Authenticator Stuck, Can't Access My Wallet Dashboard
I have been experiencing a serious access problem with the Sidra Chain wallet app on my Android phone for the last 10 days. The authenticator in my account is stuck in the “on” status and because of this I cannot move forward to the dashboard and I am unable to make my claims or use my account properly. As soon as this problem started, I contacted Sidra Chain customer support and informed them that the authenticator was preventing me from accessing my dashboard. However, despite my message, I have not received any response or support from them up to now, and the problem continues exactly as it began. I request that the authenticator on my Sidra Chain wallet account be disabled or reset as soon as possible and that I be helped to regain access to my dashboard. I expect clear guidance and a prompt solution so that I can securely access and use my wallet again.
