Authenticator Problem With My Sidra Account
I have been unable to access my Sidra account through the Sidra mobile app on my Samsung Galaxy S20+ for about a week because the system is asking for an authenticator, even though I do not have any authenticator app connected to my Sidra account. When I try to sign in, I am blocked at the authentication step and cannot proceed to my account at all. Up to now I have not been able to solve this on my own and I have not yet contacted your customer support directly, so I am reaching out through this complaint to request urgent assistance. I kindly ask Sidra to help me regain access to my account and to disable the authenticator requirement on my profile, as I am not using any authenticator app linked to Sidra. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible so that I can log in normally to my Sidra account without being blocked by an authenticator that I do not have configured.
