Sidra Chain's Facial Verification: A System That Simply Doesn't Work

Since April 30, I have been trying to confirm my face on Sidra Chain; yet, no matter what I do, it simply does not work. The system honestly irritates me since it constantly rejecting my efforts. For facial verification, they have these incredibly inflexible and honestly kind of nonsensical restrictions. It still fails even if I do every single step exactly as advised. Still nothing—have tried several lights, angles, even equipment. Verifying should not be this difficult. They really must either provide some appropriate support to enable individuals to get through it or repair the system.
