Sidra Chain KYC Account Marked Inactive After Session Deletion
I am having a problem accessing my Sidra Chain KYC portal account. After I deleted my previous login sessions, I have been unable to sign in, and the system now shows my account as inactive. This issue started last week and has continued since then. My registered email address for the KYC portal is sama***[email protected]. I kindly request that my KYC account be reactivated and that my access to the portal be restored so I can continue using Sidra Chain services without interruption. I have already contacted Sidra Chain support regarding this issue but have not received any response so far. I ask that my case be reviewed urgently, my account status be changed from inactive to active, and that I be informed once access to my KYC profile is fully restored.
