Sidra Chain Google Authenticator Lockout - Urgent Code Removal Help

I have been unable to access my Sidra Chain account for about two months because the system suddenly started asking me for a Google Authenticator code, even though I never activated or linked Google Authenticator to my account. When I try to log in now, I am blocked at the step where a Google Authenticator code is requested, and I cannot proceed any further. Since I never set up Google Authenticator on this account, I do not have any codes, backup keys, or access to such an app for Sidra Chain. I kindly request that my Google Authenticator requirement be removed from my Sidra Chain account or that an alternative verification method be provided so that I can recover full access to my account as soon as possible.
