Sidra Chain Authenticator Codes Issue

For the past three months I have been unable to access my Sidra Chain account because my Google Authenticator codes were deleted. This happened after I renewed and reset my phone. Following the reset, the Google Authenticator app no longer contained my Sidra Chain 2FA codes, so I have been completely locked out of my account and cannot log in. I have already sent text messages to the Sidra Chain support center but have not received any feedback or help. My expectation is that my identity is verified through alternative security checks and that my access to my Sidra Chain account is restored as soon as possible, or that I am given a clear recovery process so I can log in again.
