Sidra Account Deactivated Without Explanation and Access Lost
I am writing regarding my Sidra account registered with the email address t7007***@gmail.com, which was deactivated about 5 days ago in Vietnam. Since then, I have not been able to log in to my account at all. At the moment, whenever I try to access my account, I simply cannot enter the system and I have no clear information about the reason for this deactivation. This situation is causing me serious inconvenience, as I am unable to use the services linked to this account. I kindly request that you urgently review my case and reactivate my Sidra account associated with the email address t7007***@gmail.com, or at least clearly inform me of the reason for the deactivation and what I need to do to have it reopened.
