Sidra App Account Unexpectedly Deactivated, Cannot Log In - Request Reactivation

I am a user of the Sidra mobile app and as of yesterday, 04/12/2025, I discovered that my account has been deactivated. When I try to log in, the application displays “Account Deactivated” and I am unable to access my account at all. I have not yet been able to reach customer service about this prob...
