Sidra Chain Account Reactivation Request
For the past four days, since 13 February, I have been unable to log in to my account on www.sidracha**.com using my email address alameen***@gmail.com. Whenever I try to sign in, I receive the message: “This email has been deactivated from Sidra,” and I therefore cannot access my Sidra account at all. I do not know why my email has been deactivated, and I have not received any prior notice or explanation. I kindly request that my Sidra email/account linked to alameen***@gmail.com be restored or reactivated as soon as possible, so that I can regain access to my account, or that I am provided with a clear explanation of the reason for this deactivation.
