On Monday, I had a very unpleasant experience at the perfumery store in Sur Yapı Kapan Mall. I was interested in Shiseido’s BB cream and asked about the price. During the conversation, I mentioned that I had recently come from Germany and that the product was much cheaper there. The sales associate rudely replied, “Then go buy it from there,” in a very dismissive and disrespectful tone.
I was shocked and hurt by this response. Because of the staff’s behavior, I immediately left the store without completing my shopping. In fact, I had planned to spend nearly 10,000 TL on items for my trousseau, but instead, I decided to purchase everything from another store where customer service was more professional.
Such an attitude toward customers is absolutely unacceptable, especially from a sales representative who should be promoting the brand and encouraging purchases. I am not asking for compensation or resolution in this case, but I strongly believe that the employee should be warned and held accountable for this behavior.
As for me, I will never return to this store again due to this extremely negative experience.
