Shiny Force Order 45147 Still Has Not Been Shipped

I purchased a jacket called “New ERA Navy Blue Zip” from the Shiny Force website under order number 45147. I paid for the order, and it was confirmed on September 18, 2026. However, several days have passed and the product still has not been shipped.

During this time, whenever I contacted the company, I was repeatedly told that the order would be shipped sometime that week, but no concrete action was ever taken. I have not received a shipping tracking number or been given a definite shipping date.

I want my order to be shipped immediately without any further delay, and I also want the company to address this practice of repeatedly telling customers that their orders will be “shipped this week” without actually taking action.
