I ordered a jacket from Shiny Force, and it has been two weeks since my order (tracking code: 20407), but it still hasn’t been shipped. I’ve been waiting without any updates, and there’s no option to cancel the order either. I’ve contacted the company but haven’t received any helpful response. This delay is frustrating, and I’m left in limbo with no control over my order. I’m requesting that Shiny Force either ship my jacket immediately or cancel the order and issue a refund.
