Shiny Force Ignored My Return Request After Delivery
On February 19, I ordered the New ERA Black Zip jacket from Shiny Force’s official website, and the product was delivered to me on March 9. My order number is 40229. When I received the item, I noticed that the fit of the jacket was not as shown in the product images on the website, so I wanted to request a return.
I tried contacting the company multiple times via WhatsApp, Instagram, Gmail, and TikTok to request a refund, but I did not receive any response through any of these channels. While they were very responsive and attentive during the purchasing process, I feel that I was completely ignored after the product was delivered and I requested a return. Additionally, I did not receive any invoice via email after the purchase.
Due to the product not matching the images and the complete lack of response to my return request, I request that my refund be processed as soon as possible and that my invoice be sent to me.
