Facebook Charged My Credit Card Without My Permission

On August 9, 2025, two unauthorized transactions were made from my Kuveyt Türk credit card under the name of Facebook. I have never used any Facebook service or application, yet ₺16,510 and ₺8,253 were withdrawn, totaling ₺24,763. There is no record of these transactions in my Facebook account, and no suspicious activity has been detected on my side. Immediately after noticing the charges, I contacted Kuveyt Türk, had my card blocked, and closed it. As instructed by the bank, I filed a payment dispute via the mobile banking application and submitted the required form. I also have the receipts and transaction records for both charges. Despite this, I have not received any response or resolution from either Facebook or Kuveyt Türk to date. This situation has caused serious financial and emotional distress. I demand an urgent investigation, a clear explanation of how these transactions occurred, and a full refund of the ₺24,763 withdrawn without my authorization.
