Google Ads Deducted Money From My Card Without Permission
On 28.11.2023 at 21:20, I received a notification on my QNB Finansbank Enpara card that ₺2,000 was debited from my account by a company named Google*ads ccgoogle.com. I did not initiate this transaction, and I have no connection with this company whatsoever. Immediately after noticing the transaction, I took action by blocking my card for online transactions and attempted to withdraw ₺2,000, but I did not authorize any such purchase. This incident occurred entirely without my knowledge. How is it possible for transactions to be made with my card without my consent? I am baffled by who they are and how they managed to utilize my card. I demand a refund of my money as I did not approve this transaction, and I am also planning to file a complaint with the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. The unauthorized withdrawal of funds raises serious concerns about the security of my card, and I am seeking a prompt resolution to rectify this situation.
