The Pumper At The Shell Gas Station Broke The Car Key

I set out from Bursa to Istanbul for a 10:00 AM appointment, only to face a catastrophe at around 8:15 AM. At the Shell gas station next to Oksijen 68, where we stopped to refuel, the attendant managed to break the key to our car! This mishap not only cost us precious hours but also forced us to cancel our plans, disrupting work commitments and leaving us unable to take the kids where we intended. The burnt-out tickets are the least of our worries; it's the disappointment in the children's eyes that truly hurts. I demand compensation for the financial and emotional toll of this irresponsible and careless act.
