Shell Smart Card Fiasco: Missing Points Despite Fuel Purchase


The fact that Shell wants 58 TL in exchange for 308 TL worth of points I earned through their campaign is beyond my comprehension. If they have such a policy, why didn't they say so during the promotion? I have to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board because of this mistake, and I promise to never buy gas from a Shell station again. The shocking difference between how much the points are worth and how often they can be converted is a complete breach of trust. I hope that this problem is fixed quickly and that Shell looks at how it does things to keep customers trusting it in the future.
