I Earned Campaign Points but Cannot Use Them at the Gas Station

I got points from the İş Bankası and Petrol Ofisi campaign, but I haven't been able to use them yet. The points seemed like they were available in the mobile app, but the Petrol Ofisi station wouldn't accept them. I even showed them the app interface, but it didn't help. They informed me they couldn't help. I spotted four or five other customers who were having the same problem while I was there. It seems like the points I gained were merely a trick to make them look good. I don't see the point of using my İş Bankası card to buy gas anymore when I can't even use the points I've already earned. This has severely disturbed my faith.
