Shell Charged Me for Excellent Brush Wash Without Telling Me About Discount
On April 17, 2025, I went to the Shell station located at Prof. Dr. Necmettin Erbakan Street, Etimesgut/Ankara—which I couldn’t find listed in your system—to get my car washed. I parked at the automatic car wash and entered the store to get a receipt, stating that I wanted the "Excellent Brush Wash." The cashier told me the price was ₺280 and asked if I had a Shell Club Card. I said I didn’t, and without further explanation, they charged me ₺280. Later, I learned from a friend who had used the same service the day before that he paid only ₺150 thanks to a Shell Club Card discount. This clearly misleads customers. I sent a written complaint requesting a refund of the difference, attaching the receipt. On April 18, 2025, at 11:36 a.m., your call center told me my complaint would not be resolved. When I said I would no longer shop at Shell, I was told that was my choice. I am requesting a refund of the overcharged amount, and I do not wish to be contacted by phone for anything other than resolving this issue.
