Akbank Failed to Credit My Chip Para Reward Despite Meeting All Conditions

On August 3, 2025, I fully met all the requirements of the Akbank Axess Chip Para campaign. Although the campaign condition required only ₺1000 in spending, I made ₺2130 in supermarket purchases. Despite this, the promised ₺250 Chip Para reward was not credited to my account. I filed three complaints under customer service record number 8024927401, and each time the bank admitted the error was on their side and confirmed that the ₺250 should be credited. However, despite repeated calls and the time that has passed, no solution has been provided, and the reward is still missing. All my transactions were done digitally. I have experienced similar issues with Akbank before, and this recurring problem causes me serious inconvenience. I do not want to keep calling customer service without results. I demand that the ₺250 Chip Para be credited to my account immediately and that I receive an apology for this ongoing inadequacy.
