Renault Service Delivered Mismatched Parts and Hasn’t Fixed My Car Since July


Renault Gaziantep service delivered the right front fender and front bumper parts as a result of the collision, the color did not match and the junction points of the bumper and the fender were swollen (opened from the nails). They admitted their mistake upon my warning, but they have not yet corrected the mistake they made on 23.07.2024. They said they would give us a vehicle to use instead of our vehicle and make the necessary interventions, but they did not get back to us for a long time. We delivered our vehicle to them to make the necessary corrections in the first days of September, but we have not received it yet. We also called Renault Turkey customer services about the issue, but they associated the issue with the insurance company, ignored the defective repairs, and unfortunately stood behind their services instead of solving the grievance of their customers. I request that our grievance during the period when we could not use our vehicle be compensated, the defective process be corrected urgently and our vehicle be returned to us.
