Still No Refund from Shein After 2 Months, Order Marked as Delivered
It’s been over two months, and I still haven’t received my order. I couldn’t get in touch with the shipping company, and when I finally visited the branch, they told me that my items were returned. However, I have yet to receive a refund. On the Shein app, my order shows as delivered, even though I never received it. I don’t know what to do at this point. My order number is GSHNV029W000K6F. I expect Shein to address this issue promptly and process my refund as soon as possible.
I placed an order months ago through the Shein app, but my products have not arrived. I tried to contact PTT during that time, but no one helped. I contacted the Shein app multiple times, but I did not receive any assistance. It now shows as returned, but I still haven't received my money back.
I've been trying for months, trying to communicate from everywhere, but no one pays attention or helps. I'm going to file a complaint in court now; this is outright fraud, and I can't get any information from anywhere.
