My Shein Products Haven't Arrived For 2 Months

I ordered clothes two months ago, but I haven't gotten anything yet. Even though some of my orders show as delivered, I haven't gotten any of them yet. I can't track the shipment and don't know which shipping company will deliver my order. I have bought things from Shein before, and they got to me in two weeks. But this time, I don't understand why Shein is taking so long and why they won't talk to me. I feel terrible about this situation and want it to be over quickly. Shein needs to take responsibility for the orders that went missing and give me a quick solution. I hope that they will fix this problem as soon as possible so I can get my clothes and put this frustrating situation behind me.
