Shein Support Not Responding After Order Status Changed to ‘Failed
On November 19, I placed an order on Shein with the number GSO1QT632000W5C and paid $26. After waiting a long time for the delivery, I received a message saying, “Your package has arrived at the destination branch.” While I was expecting the final delivery—without any issues—this time I suddenly saw the warning, “Your order has failed.” Despite this, my item was never delivered to me.
To find out what went wrong and to resolve the issue, I used the in-app support section and also tried contacting them via email; however, my email did not go through, and I have not received any response. My product is missing, and I cannot get any clear information.
My request from Shein is that this order I placed on November 19 be delivered to me as soon as possible, and that I receive clear and detailed information about the situation.
