My Shein Package Marked Delivered but Never Received

On November 9, I placed an order on Shein for a phone case and press-on nails. The tracking number for my order is GSO1QM20M00362S. The system shows that the package has been delivered, but I have not received anything.

My order no longer appears in the Shein app, and I also tried calling the shipping company, but no one answered. Because of this, I have no information about who the package was delivered to or where it was sent.

I request that my order either be resent to my correct address or that I receive a full refund for the amount I paid. I ask that this issue be resolved quickly, as my package is marked as delivered but never reached me.
