SHEIN Return Pickup Not Done But Order Marked Picked Up
I ordered a pair of jeans from Shein with order number EX0035348493, and I created a return request for this item on 18 February. However, despite the return request being active for more than a week, the delivery partner has repeatedly failed to pick up the product from my address in Jorhat, Na Ali, Dhekiajuli. Although the pickup has never actually happened, when I contacted Shein customer support they informed me that the order was already picked up, which is not correct. The item is still with me and no delivery agent has come to my location for a successful pickup. I kindly request that Shein urgently arrange a proper and successful return pickup from my address and correct the return status on my order, so that my return can be processed without any further delay.
