The items in my Shein order number 6331765552012, which I placed on January 2, 2026 and received on January 8, 2026, do not match what was shown on the website, both in terms of size and appearance. The sweater I ordered was delivered in a larger size than selected, the cardigan arrived in a different color than the one I chose, and the fabric of the pants does not match the material and features described on the site.
I purchased these items expecting to use them as displayed on the website and in my correct size, but the products I received did not meet my expectations at all. For this reason, I request that the items sent in the wrong size, incorrect color, and with different fabric quality be exchanged for products in the correct size, correct color, and with the fabric properties promised on the website.
I kindly ask that this issue be properly reviewed, that the exchange process be initiated as soon as possible, and that I be clearly informed about the next steps.
