Shein Order Held At Customs - No Update

I placed an order from Shein on 14 January 2026 with the tracking code 6338222010081. On 20 January, the tracking information showed “plane arrived” but since that date there has been no further update and I have learned that the package is being held at customs. The shipment code of my order is GSO15024B00NN2A. I have been waiting for a long time and I am not receiving any clear information about the customs process or the current status of my package. This uncertainty is very frustrating and I do not know whether I should expect delivery or prepare for an additional process. In addition, a new law will enter into force on 6 February, so it is very important for me that the package reaches me before this date in order to avoid any extra problems or procedures. I request that my package, which is currently held at customs, be released and delivered to me as quickly as possible and that I be clearly informed about its status in the customs process and any action required from me. My only expectation is the fast and smooth delivery of my package before 6 February.
