On 20 January, the tracking information showed “plane arrived” but since that date there has been no further update and I have learned that the package is being held at customs. The shipment code of my order is GSO15024B00NN2A. I have been waiting for a long time and I am not receiving any clear information about the customs process or the current status of my package. This uncertainty is very frustrating and I do not know whether I should expect delivery or prepare for an additional process. In addition, a new law will enter into force on 6 February, so it is very important for me that the package reaches me before this date in order to avoid any extra problems or procedures. I request that my package, which is currently held at customs, be released and delivered to me as quickly as possible and that I be clearly informed about its status in the customs process and any action required from me. My only expectation is the fast and smooth delivery of my package before 6 February.
