I placed two separate orders from Shein with the order numbers GSU16633C000NP4 and GSU16632C000NPT. I received part of the items about four days ago, and the rest yesterday. As soon as I opened the packages, I immediately saw that many of the items were the wrong sizes and wrong colors compared to what I had ordered. I have already contacted Shein customer service regarding these issues, but I have not received any response so far. This lack of feedback, combined with the mistakes in my order, has been very disappointing and inconvenient for me. I request that Shein allow me to return all incorrect items without charging me any postage or return shipping fees, and process the return smoothly. I expect this issue to be resolved quickly and that I am not made to pay for mistakes that are not mine.
