SHEIN Order Not Delivered After Payment of $38.40
On April 9, 2026, I placed an order via the SHEIN mobile app in the USA and paid a total of 38.40 US dollars. The payment was successfully taken from my account, but I have not received the items I ordered, nor have I received any clear information about the shipment. Despite the payment being completed, my order has not been delivered, and this situation is causing me serious inconvenience and loss of trust. I have not yet been able to resolve this through customer service. I request that SHEIN either promptly ship and deliver the items I originally ordered or, if this is not possible, issue a full refund of 38.40 US dollars to my original method of payment without any further delay.
