I placed a total of 6 orders on Shein, and so far, only 4 of them have successfully reached my cousin. Despite being at home the day before, the remaining 2 packages were never delivered. According to Aras Kargo, they attempted delivery once but did not call me, and then returned the packages to the Istanbul main distribution center without any further notice.
When I contacted Aras Kargo, they gave me a return tracking number, but when I provided this to Palex, Shein’s distributor in Turkey, they couldn’t find any record of it. I also shared Palex’s internal tracking numbers, but still, no one could locate my packages.
This situation reflects a deeply flawed logistics process where neither Aras Kargo nor Palex seems capable of tracking shipments properly. I am frustrated and disappointed by the lack of responsibility and support.
I demand that Shein and its logistics partners locate and deliver my missing two packages immediately or issue a full refund. Additionally, I expect better communication and accountability from both Shein and Aras Kargo to prevent other customers from facing similar issues.
