My Shein Shipment Stuck at Pal Express

I placed an order on Shein for a product costing $4. The tracking number for my shipment is PALTR0003298286YQ. I am experiencing serious confusion and delays in the shipping process.
The package first showed as having arrived in Turkey on November 21. Then it updated again and showed a second arrival scan on November 26. When I contacted Pal Express, they told me the package entered Turkey on November 24, was sent to customs, and was handed over to the local carrier on November 28. Despite all this, today is December 2 and I still have not received my package.
When I asked Aras Kargo, they said they do not have the shipment. When I asked Pal Express again, they claimed Aras’ system had crashed, which is why they could not see the parcel. Both companies keep blaming each other, offering no concrete solution, and I have been waiting for my product for days.
I expected my order to arrive no later than December 1–2, yet there is still no clarity. I request that the location of my package be identified immediately and that it be delivered to my address as soon as possible.
