My Shein order is overdue and I cannot get support — complaint about delayed delivery
I placed an order from Shein on 21 June with the order number GSH17H17M002N7V and paid in advance. According to the information shown during purchase, the parcel was supposed to be delivered between 1 and 7 July, but today is 14 July and I still have not received my order. When I check the tracking information, I can only see the status on the screen, but I do not know how to reach Shein customer service and therefore I have not been able to get any support or clear information about where my parcel is or why it has been delayed this long. I request that Shein resend my entire order as soon as possible or take the necessary action so that I receive the products without any further delay. I expect a clear update about the current status of the shipment and swift resolution of this issue.
