SHEIN Delivered My Emery Rose Dress Unsafely - I Need a Return
I recently placed an order from SHEIN for an Emery Rose blue sleeveless dress under order number GSH18060300144L, for which I was charged CAD 26.52. The package was delivered to my apartment building today, July 9, but the delivery was handled improperly by the delivery company. Instead of being brought to my apartment, the parcel was left on a bench by the security desk in the building, where anyone passing by could have taken it. I only discovered it there later, and because I initially believed the order had not been delivered, I had already started a refund request for non-delivery with SHEIN customer service. While I did eventually receive the parcel, I am not satisfied with either the style or the colour of the dress and would like to return it. I am requesting that this dress be accepted for return and that I receive a refund of CAD 26.52 after the return is processed. In addition, I would like to express my concern about the delivery company’s practice of leaving parcels unattended on a bench rather than delivering them directly to my apartment, and I kindly request that this delivery company not be used for my future orders due to the security risk this creates for my packages.
