I Received My SHEIN Order at the Wrong Address and Still Can’t Get a Refund

I placed an order through SHEIN, and instead of delivering it to my address, the package was left at someone else’s door. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, shared photos showing the delivery location is not my home, and explained clearly that the delivery address is incorrect. Still, SHEIN refuses to offer a refund or a replacement.
Every time I reach out, I’m given a different excuse, and nothing gets resolved. It’s beyond frustrating to be ignored when I’ve provided all necessary proof. I’m tired of this back-and-forth. I’m requesting an immediate investigation into my complaint and a full refund or reshipment. Stop avoiding accountability and fix this issue now.
