I placed an order with SHEIN on April 27, and later received a message saying the package had been delivered to my address. However, despite being home that entire day—and even having multiple guests over—I never saw the package.
I searched thoroughly in and around my property but found nothing. Since then, I’ve contacted SHEIN multiple times, trying to get help and clarity about my missing package. Unfortunately, I’ve been completely ignored—no replies, no explanations, no resolution.
I’m extremely frustrated at this point. The package clearly was not delivered, yet SHEIN’s system claims otherwise. I have no information, no refund, and no product.
I’m urging SHEIN to investigate this case immediately, confirm the actual delivery status, and either locate the missing package or issue a refund. I did my part—I ordered, paid, and waited—but SHEIN has failed to fulfill theirs.
