I placed an order on Shein on July 2, 2025, and initially, everything seemed to be moving as expected. However, the last tracking update shows that the package arrived at the airport on July 7, and ever since then, there have been no further updates. It is now July 17, and the package is still marked as being at the airport. I have no idea why it’s being held or what the delay is about.
I reached out to Shein customer support via email, and they simply told me it should arrive by a certain date—but that date has passed, and I’ve received no response or clarity on the actual situation.
I want to know why my order is being delayed, and more importantly, when I will receive it. If there’s an issue with customs, local logistics, or documentation, they should inform customers directly instead of leaving us in the dark. I paid for my order in full, and I expect timely delivery—or at least honest, transparent updates.
Shein, please look into this and provide a clear update or release my package immediately.
