Shein Order Stuck At Airport - No Update For Ten Days

I placed an order from Shein on 14 January and, according to the tracking information, my package arrived at the airport on 20 January. Since that date, the status has been showing as waiting at the airport and there has been no update for 10 days. The shipment is shown as being handled by Aras Kargo. During this period I contacted both Aras Kargo and Shein customer service, but they did not take care of the issue and I did not receive any clear information about why my package is being kept waiting at the airport or when it will be delivered. I request that my package, which has been waiting at the airport without any status update for days, be urgently processed, released if there is any hold, and delivered to my address as soon as possible. In addition, since a new law will enter into force on 6 February, I strongly demand that my package be delivered to me before this date.
