My Shein Order Returned Without Delivery – Unable to Get Refund
I ordered a bag and a few pins from the Shein app, spending over ₺1200. The package arrived in Turkey but was then sent back without any notification to me. It’s been nearly two months, and I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve searched every option on the app and website to figure out how to initiate a refund, but there’s no clear information or help available. I need my money back, as this situation has been frustrating and entirely unprofessional. I expect Shein to resolve this issue immediately and process my refund. This experience has made me reconsider future purchases if Shein doesn’t address this issue swiftly.
