I Paid but My SHEIN Order Wasn’t Confirmed
I placed an order on SHEIN and ₺1000 was immediately withdrawn from my account, but my order was never confirmed. To make things worse, SHEIN attempted to charge my card four more times, but those failed due to insufficient funds. Still, the first ₺1000 payment was successful, and I have the receipt to prove it.
Despite this, customer service keeps claiming they didn’t receive any payment, completely ignoring the evidence I provided. I’ve submitted my bank statement and the transaction slip, but no one is helping me. I’ve reached out more than 80 times across different support channels and still have no resolution.
This is completely unacceptable. You either need to approve my order or return my ₺1000 immediately. It’s not just frustrating—it feels like theft when a company takes your money and refuses to take responsibility.
SHEIN, stop ignoring your customers. I demand urgent action and a proper response from your team. Fix this now before I escalate the issue further.
