I placed an order on SHEIN and ₺1000 was immediately withdrawn from my account, but my order was never confirmed. Despite this, customer service keeps claiming they didn’t receive any payment, completely ignoring the evidence I provided. I’ve submitted my bank statement and the transaction slip, but no one is helping me. I’ve reached out more than 80 times across different support channels and still have no resolution.
This is completely unacceptable. You either need to approve my order or return my ₺1000 immediately. It’s not just frustrating—it feels like theft when a company takes your money and refuses to take responsibility.
