Shein Did Not Refund My Order After I Couldn't Collect It Due to Customs
I placed an order on Shein, but since the total amount of my three separate packages exceeded 30€, I wasn't able to receive them from customs. Not only was I unable to collect the packages, but Shein still hasn't refunded me the money. It's incredibly frustrating that I can't even contact them by phone, and I'm stuck waiting with no resolution. I urgently request that Shein processes my refund as soon as possible. This delay is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt response to this issue.
