SHEIN Order Stuck at Airport Since January 14 With No Delivery Update
I placed my order with SHEIN under order number GSO15025R00NNT9, and my package has not been delivered since January 14. In the app, the order status shows that the shipment has arrived at the airport, but there has been no further progress and the items have not been delivered to me. When I contacted SHEIN customer service about this issue, I was told that I need to contact Aras Kargo. However, I have seen many other customers with the same issue say that when they contacted Aras Kargo, they were told the shipment was not related to them. Because of this, I did not make the call and feel that I was not given a solution-oriented direction. Since my order has not been delivered for a long time, I am requesting that SHEIN ensure the items from order GSO15025R00NNT9 are delivered to me as soon as possible and that the delivery process is clearly explained.
