I placed an order on Shein, but the tracking shows “delivery failed” even though my package was never even sent out for delivery. I was then told that I should contact the courier directly, but the courier is an international company, and I have no way of communicating with them due to the language barrier and lack of local contact options.
If Shein does not provide delivery services to a specific region, this should be clearly stated before checkout so customers can make informed decisions. Instead, I have been left in uncertainty with no updates, no delivery attempt, and no solution.
If my order will not be delivered, I demand a full refund immediately. I expect Shein to clarify delivery coverage, ensure customers are not left chasing foreign couriers, and provide a clear resolution without delay.
