My Shein Package Never Arrived and I Can’t Reach Support

It has been about 10 days since I placed my order on Shein with the tracking number GS01QY01NN007FYE, and it still hasn’t arrived. Due to this delay—and because I find the $46 I paid for only three items quite high—I want to cancel this order and receive a full refund.

Although I’ve tried to contact customer service through the app and website, I haven’t been able to reach anyone, which means I can’t move forward with the process. I cannot get clear information about the shipment, nor can I reach a representative who can assist me with cancellation and refund procedures.

I request that my order be completely canceled and that the $46 I paid be refunded to me as soon as possible.

About 15 days ago, I ordered a navy blue jacket from Shein, priced at approximately 1,100 TL. However, I no longer want this product and would like to purchase a different item instead. I prefer a refund of the amount I paid to my bank card, but if this is not possible, I request the cancellation of the jacket and an exchange for another product.

In my conversation with customer service, I was informed that my order is either in shipping, has been shipped, or will be shipped. Although the product has not yet reached me and I have communicated my request for this change, I have not received a clear solution or guidance regarding the process.

I kindly request that the shipment of the jacket be stopped and my order be canceled, and if possible, a refund be issued. If not, I would like an exchange for another product to be processed as soon as possible.

I placed an order for a coat on Shein about a week ago. The price of the product was also quite high. However, when I wanted to return the product, I just couldn’t find the return button within the app. I go to my order, but the return option is not visible in a clear and understandable way, so I can’t start the return process.

I am very dissatisfied with the company both because the prices are high and because the return process is so difficult and complicated. I no longer want to use the product and I cannot complete the return process on my own as a regular user.

I request Shein to clearly and smoothly start the return process for the relevant order on my behalf and to fully refund the amount I paid.
