About 15 days ago, I ordered a navy blue jacket from Shein, priced at approximately 1,100 TL. However, I no longer want this product and would like to purchase a different item instead. I prefer a refund of the amount I paid to my bank card, but if this is not possible, I request the cancellation of the jacket and an exchange for another product.
In my conversation with customer service, I was informed that my order is either in shipping, has been shipped, or will be shipped. Although the product has not yet reached me and I have communicated my request for this change, I have not received a clear solution or guidance regarding the process.
I kindly request that the shipment of the jacket be stopped and my order be canceled, and if possible, a refund be issued. If not, I would like an exchange for another product to be processed as soon as possible.
