There were no address changes or issues related to delivery, yet on November 13, 2025, I received a “delivery unsuccessful” message without any explanation. My tracking number is PALTR0003246903YQ, and the logistics provider is listed as “pal,” but no further details were provided.
I tried to contact Shein customer service to find out why the delivery failed, but I haven’t received any response. I paid for my order with my credit card without any issues, and I am requesting that my items be shipped to me as soon as possible.
I want this issue resolved quickly and my order delivered to me without further delay.
