Shein Account Frozen Error Blocks Checkout
I have been facing a continuous problem with my Shein account on my Android phone for several months. Every time I select an item and proceed to pay, a pop‑up message appears saying that my account has been temporarily frozen due to irregular activities. This happens every single time I try to place an order. Because of this, I was unable to buy a trouser that I had been waiting a long time to purchase on discount. I contacted Shein customer service about this issue. Instead of solving the freezing problem, they only sent me a payment link and asked me to pay by bank card. I do not have any bank account, Visa card, or credit card, so I cannot use this option and I am stuck, unable to complete my purchase even though my account is still frozen. I kindly request that my Shein account be unfrozen and that I be allowed to pay using Pakistan’s JazzCash app, or another local payment method that does not require a bank card, so that I can finally place my orders without any further problems.
