I Can’t Delete My Shein Account Due to Repeated Errors on the App
I’ve been trying to cancel my Shein account for days now, but the system simply won’t let me. Every time I try, I get the same error message over and over again—“Error, please try again.” I’ve done exactly that, tried again and again, but nothing works.
No matter how many times I attempt to delete my account, the platform just throws the same frustrating message at me without explanation. I’ve followed every step carefully. Yet, the process never completes, and I’m left stuck with an account I no longer want.
This is not acceptable from a global platform like Shein. If users are not given full control over their accounts and data, that’s a major red flag for privacy and transparency. Why is it so difficult to cancel a membership or close an account?
Shein needs to immediately fix this issue and provide a working solution to delete or deactivate accounts without technical roadblocks. I’m demanding that my account be deleted immediately and permanently—no more errors, no more excuses.
